• This course is only for Florida Real Estate Licensees that has to take this curse for first license renewal, all others are not allowed to take this course and will not be accepted to take this course.
  • Distance learning necessitates a high level of self-direction and should, therefore, require students to read, conduct research, complete timed exams and similar assignments, designed to measure the student’s competency relative to the required subject matter objectives.
  • You must complete the course exam prior the expiration of your license. We advise you to complete the course at least five days prior to avoid processing delays that will occur at the DBPR towards the end of the renewal period.
  • A DBPR-Licensed Real Estate Instructor is available to address subject matter issues preferably by email; however he is available to answer questions over the phone during business hours.
  •  61J2-3.020 Post-licensing Education law: 
    • Students failing the Commission-prescribed end-of-course examination may retest a maximum of one time within one year of the original examination. Otherwise, students failing the end-of-course examination must repeat the course prior to being eligible to take the end-of-course examination again. Schools shall administer a different form of the end-of-course examination to a student that is retaking the exam or repeating the course.

    • End-of-course examinations shall not include aids such as, but not limited to, hint, back, or retry functionalities. Students shall not take the end-of-course examination without satisfactorily completing all sessions of the syllabus.
  • An exception for retaking the course exam exists if your testing session is interrupted due to an uncontrollable circumstance, such as a computer crash or internet connection failure.
  • Failure to complete the 45-hour post-license course before the expiration of your license, will make your license becomes void, and you will have to start from scratch, if you want to keep working in the real estate business, this means that you have to retake the 63 Hours pre-license course, pass its exam, and retake the state exam.
  • As per state law the course exam is a 3 hour timed exam, and you must score 75 out of 100 correctly to pass.
  • You will have access to this course for a period of 6 months after payment and registration, or until you complete the course and pass the exam, whichever occurs first.
  • Students also must agree with the following statement: “I certify that I personally completed all assignments and have not duplicated any portion of the end-of-course examination prior to the taking of the final examination.

  • You have not taken the FINAL EXAM.
  • You are requesting a refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
